With this plugin, each user can create their own mention groups, allowing them to automatically mention multiple users simultaneously. The mention groups can be searched within the mention function of the rich text editor. To create a group, simply add a name and select the users you want to include. Created groups will be listed in a new view, enabling users to manage their own groups. They can change the group name or add/remove members as needed. Additionally, users can leverage the Jira system groups to mention other users.

Admins can configure the number of groups a user can create, the number of members that can be added to each group, and whether system groups can be mentioned.
