Introducing User Mention Groups for Atlassian Jira

Enhance your communication efficiency with our new User Mention Groups plugin, designed to simplify and streamline user mentions.

1. Custom and Global Mention Groups Users can define their own or global mention groups, enabling them to mention multiple users simultaneously without manually adding each one.

2. Administrative Control Admins have the ability to configure plugin settings, manage global groups, and set limits on the number of groups a user can create and the number of users per group.

3. Seamless Search Integration Mention groups can be easily found using the user mention search, making communication quicker and more efficient.

4. Rich Text Editor Integration A new icon is added to the rich text editor toolbar, allowing users to select their created mention groups with ease.

5. Flexible Group Management Permissions can be extended to non-admin users, allowing them to create and manage global groups.

6. User and Group Restrictions Administrators can block specific users or groups from being mentioned, ensuring controlled communication.

7. System Group Blacklist Blacklist system groups to prevent unnecessary mentions and maintain focus on relevant discussions.

8. Multi-language Support The plugin supports multiple languages, including English, German, Danish, French, Spanish, and Italian, ensuring accessibility for a diverse user base.
