Within the plugin there are some restrictions with the evaluation license.
2 4 own groups per user
2 10 global groups
2 10 user can be added to allow create and manage global groups
2 10 user can be added to block mention other user and groups
2 10 system groups can be added to blacklist so user other than admins can not use this system groups for mention
